General Terms & Conditions
Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us.
Our main delivery area is Great Britain.
Deliveries are not made to PO Box numbers.
Delivery is usually made within 5 business days. Should an article be currently out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee.
You can rest assured that your order will arrive promptly and in perfect condition.
All prices are in EUR.
Terms of payment
The goods are delivered against payment by majority of credit cards (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, and JCB). We also accept Paypal and other means of payment.
Our products are covered by a guarantee that is valid for 2 years from date of invoice. On the glued parts of our jewellery we give a life time guarantee. If any glued part is either broken or loose, we will repair it without any charges for our customers. There is no guarantee obligation if a fault or damage was caused by handling, maintenance or care that was contrary to our instructions. The purchaser should consult the relevant instructions and recommendations on this website.
Complaints about defects, incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be notified in writing within 14 days from date of invoice to Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at NEPTN® via Email: neptn.co of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Goods will remain the property of NEPTN® until payment has been made in full.
Claims for compensation due to mistakes in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The color of the products displayed in the online shop may deviate from the actual product color.
It goes without saying that any data required by us for order processing purposes will be treated as strictly confidential.
